3 Thing Saturday

Nothing exciting happened today except…

I can finally squeeze into my “big” jeans!

Since gaining enough weight to outgrow all my biggest set of clothes, I get panicked on days where the temperature drops and I have to go out to a place where I have to wear something less casual than yoga pants. Turns out, all I had to do was say “no” to cookies and treats to lose the six pounds needed to fit into these! Now all I need to do is keep up the work to get back into my “regular” clothes.

EXERCISE LOG

I was going to workout this morning, but I got a little panicked about how my leg felt yesterday, so I skipped. If it feels 110% fantastic tomorrow, I’ll go out on a little workout.

Breakfast

  • 2 McDonald’s Egg White Delight sandwiches with no cheese

Lunch

  • Vietnamese bun with grilled pork and 2 egg rolls

Dinner

  • Sushi: 3 small rolls and 3 sets of 2 sushi
