Memorial Day

Hello, friends.

Let’s take this time and blog space to thank our fellow American soldiers for keeping us safe so that we don’t have to. To our fellow Americans serving in the military past, present and future: Thank you!

EXERCISE LOG

After my leg’s painful episode last night, I decided to postpone my workout until tomorrow. It’s feeling much better today, but I’d rather be safe about it then sorry that I hurt it again over one itty bitty little 2 mile walk. 🙂

RECAP: 5/25 FOOD LOG

Beverages

  • Coffee: 12 oz
  • Silk vanilla soy creamer: 1.5 tbsp
  • Water: 90 oz

Breakfast

  • Egg white veggie omelette
  • 2 slices wheat toast with butter
  • 1/2 slice white toast with butter
  • 1 cup fruit

Lunch

  • Turkey burger on gourmet bun with lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup and mustard
  • Small green salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Dinner

  • 1 bowl of cereal
  • 1 banana
  • Almond milk
