Relaxing Sunday

Just another Sunday that included:

  • Sleeping in until 7:30 am
  • Breakfast and lunch out at two delicious restaurants
  • Playing with the dog until he did this: 
  • Cereal for dinner

Sometimes the most un-exciting Sundays make it the perfect Sundays of all. 🙂

EXERCISE LOG

My leg felt 90% okay today, but I forced myself to rest it for tomorrow’s workout

RECAP: 5/17 FOOD LOG

Beverages

  • Coffee: 12 oz
  • Silk vanilla soy creamer: 1.5 tbsp
  • Water: 101.4 oz

Breakfast

  • Egg white veggie frittata
  • 2 slices wheat toast with butter
  • 1/2 slice white toast with butter
  • 1 cup fruit

Lunch

  • Pulled pork sandwich with bbq sauce
  • Green beans

Dinner

Not only did I have lunch really late today, but it was very filling too. Hence, I wasn’t too hungry for dinner later.

  • 2 tangerines
